Is trash bin cleaning really necessary?
Do I need to be home for the service?

For exterior-only services, you don't need to be present as long as we have access to exterior water and all pets are safely inside. We'll leave you a finishing note!

What is the arrival window?
We provide a 2-hour arrival window for all appointments. You will receive a text when our team is en route to your property.
How should I prep before you arrive?
For interior cleaning, please clear items from windowsills and move fragile furniture away from windows. Ensure exterior water spigots are accessible.
What about pets and gates?
Please ensure all pets are secured inside. We also request that all gates are unlocked and clear of obstructions for our technicians.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain typically doesn't delay our work. In cases of severe storms or lightning, we will contact you to reschedule for the next clear day.
How long does the service take?
Most standard residential jobs are completed within 2–4 hours. Commercial projects or specialty soft washing may take longer depending on scope.
Do I need to be home?
No. For exterior services, you can grant access via gates. For interior work, we arrange digital entry or key placement if you prefer not to be present.
What happens after the job?
We perform a final walkthrough to ensure perfection. Invoices are sent digitally and can be paid securely online via credit card or bank transfer.
